26/06 patch not in Europe?

It's 1 minute past midnight here, and no sign of the patch in Europe yet. Anyone know when it will be up?

I'm from Holland and there is still no DLC available here on ps3. It said would be downloadable on 28th of june in US and 29th in EU. Its 14:08 in europe now and still not available. Late again!
