Please settle an argument. My friend noticed a player with a gold nano-suit dog tag playing at level 1 without reboot. My friends says they were cheating, I thought probably not.

So can someone answer this for me. I think it's only available with nano-edition

As a Nano Edition owner I can confirm that I DO NOT HAVE the golden Nanosuit dog tag.
I have however encountered multiple players online who had the dog tag although being under level 20. You get the dog tag when achieving 100 % in multiplayer, meaning completing all assesments. So yes I think the players you met somehow obtained the dog tag by I dunno hacking some data maybe?
I also talked to a 22-Level player who had 'obtained' the dog tag through special 'privileges', he said his brother works at Crytek and that's how he got the dog tag. I could take a picture of that message to prove it.

Actually there was a nano edition only released in Asia

Inluded was gold dog tag, desert cammo for scar and proximity alarm

I've seen the codes on eBay as well but you have to have a Asian psn acct to redeem.

ive rebooted twice, i can only imagine how close id be if i never rebooted at all.

The gold dog tag was a pre-order bonus from Play.com. I know this for a fact because that's how I got mine.

I pre ordered the Limited Edition from them and didn't get it as advertised, but after contacting them they e-mailed it to me.
I then sold my Limited Edition and bought the Nano Edition (I loved this game back then), and shortly after wished I had bought neither! Didn't realise how screwed up this game was when I first got it.

I do play the occasional online game to show it off though, as I've only ever seen one other player with one!
