I decided to replay the LOST SPIRES mod for the first time since I downloaded it last year. I thouroughly enjoyed it, as I did the first time, but I've hit a glitch of some sort in the final confrontation. When I made my way to Rythor's Lair, he attacked me instantly, with no monologuing (I can't remember if he did that the first time or not). I killed him off and picked up the Horn of Zyr, and my journal noted that I now must use it to kill the Avatar. Problem? The Avatar is enclosed behind iron bars, and I cannot get them to open or strike him through them, even using ranged spells or bow and arrow. Is this a glitch, or did I not do something? I've looked all around for a trigger or switch to open the bars and let me at the Avatar, and can't find it. Last time I seem to remember that the Avatar attacked as soon as I killed Rythor.

Any suggestions?
