I've been playing a new mage character for the past few days I cannot find any info on where to find a staff that does frost damage. I found a few that do shock and fire but no luck with frost.

Anyone know where I might obtain a staff that focuses on frost damage?

As far as I can tell the staff drops are pretty random.
And there's alot of different staffs so finding the one you like might take some luck or time.

I am disappointed by the complete lack of spoilers in this topic.
