So, I decided to roll an orc for the first time on a perma death run on master difficulty. I clear out a bunch of mines and bandit caves, build my 2h to 42 skill and i go and recruit another Orc name Ghorbash the Iron Hand. We kill pretty much everything we see, murdered like 30 people, eventually the dark brotherhood started sending assassins to kill me but to no avail, we bested those girly men. I had finally reached level 22 when we came across a Thalmar zerg group on the roads and we had an epic battle with these guys but they outnumbered us 6 to 2. I popped my orc rage and took two of them down with no problem but the mages all grouped up and fireballed my ass to death, i blew all my potions, took my armor off and tried to run away to no avail, these guys were mad. I'm putting a Jihad on all Thalmor from this point forward, next character I roll will wipe them all out.

first time i encountered thalmor i owned them, level 11 nord warrior on the first encounter XD, but I was playing on Adept, not Master

Just as a word of warning, if you decide to go to master make sure you have plenty of potions with you. It takes about two seconds for a mage to kill you with a burst spell even if you have 500 hps.
