Found a new bug I haven't yet seen reported here, as I peruse the forums.

Just for reference:
I have installed the game onto my Xbox360, cleared the cache and it loads properly at my last save point with all DLC.
I have 2 allies with me currently - Boone and Rex (he's not yet repaired - still damaged and traveling in my party with me).
I am at level 20.
I've downloaded all of the DLC I can, including an update to the game (I believe this might have been the most recent patch, although it didn't call it such when it was downloading it).


Here's the glitch: I'm in the Mojave Wasteland desert, southeast of New Vegas, on that road that goes alongside Chance's Map location and stretches north and south. Anytime I get into a fight anywhere here, my Xbox freezes up. I suspect it has to do with Rex and/or Boone attacking (perhaps even their simultaneous attacking), because the screen freezes right as Rex reaches an enemy to attack & Boone fires a shot.


I've switched out weapons, outfits, you name it to make sure it wasn't some other freaky glitch interfering. None of that seems to affect the game - it's only when Rex and Boone attack. Since I rely heavily upon these two to take care of enemies for me, I need them in my party and don't want to dump them.

What can I do? I'm stuck!

Okay, so apparently it isn't just in this location I'm having problems with. Anytime I fast travel, it freezes up. Anytime I get a popup telling me the DLC is loaded, it freezes. This whole FRICKING GAME is giving me problems.

I can't tell you have INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED I am in this poor programming by Bethesda this time around. Did you people outsource the coding work or something? There are so many problems with this game it isn't funny. I have never had to deal with such poor quality (I play Call of Duty, Halo, Fable and Final Fantasy on my console just fine, I notice, so it MUST be a problem on your end of things Bethesda).

I loved Fallout 3, but Fallout New Vegas is leaving a seriously sour taste in my mouth. I'm ready to dump it entirely and demand a refund, Bethesda. Fix the freaking problems with some good patches and fast, or you're going to lose a long-time fan here.

I feel the same way, but I don't believe this game will ever be fixed, it is just unplayable. Bethesda seems not to care about their fans. Releasing a game in this state is a crime and the responsibles should be punished for it.
