Try changing into your, ahem, *other* form to make that stuff go away. Worked for me.

With the permanent arrows/ice spikes try eating some vampire dust or invisibility potion :thumbsup: .
As for the others, bad luck hope it gets patched for you.

It way less buggy to me than Oblivion and none of any noticed bugs I've seen yet (>60 hours of playing). Zero BSODS and only 2-3 CTDs.
