Who has finished the game?

Post » Sun Sep 27, 2009 1:02 am

I finished GOTY vanilla once, Then I learned about mods. I started 2 other times but after Morrowind MQ, I stopped and added more mods. I am now on my 4th full game. I plan to play out this game ,W/all my mods, to the end. Maybe by then Skyrim will be out. Started playing @ X-mas '07.

I have done everything on Morrowind.
Seriously, everything.
I know every inch of the map.

I really really miss the days when I had just got the game and kept getting lost around Seyda Neen.

I'm no way near that. After I finish my Guild Quests & MQ I want to try to finish uncovering the whole map(don't think I've even done 1/2), and loot everyplace.

I'll be honest, it took my a year after first getting Morrowind to complete the main quest. I just never really bothered or got around to doing it. So much other content.

I've beaten the main quest both ways, tribunal, and bloodmoon both ways.

Still haven't finished imperial legion, cult, or Hlaalu(Crassius creeps me out too much)

I've completed all three main quests, Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon multiple times. I've never used the backpath or done the MQ on the Werewolf side for Bloodmoon.

I've never finished... Any of the vampire questlines, House Redoran, or the Thieves guild.

Does this also include the "Official Plug-ins" from Bethesda as well?

No, it doesnt, I only have vanilla Morrowind.
Never could find a disk that had Bloodmoon and Tribunal.

I play on xbox as my pc is old and cant handle Morrowind lol.
And its really hard in Europa to find a disk of a game that old, though I do keep scouring second hand shops.

But on the vanilla Morrowind, I have done every quest, cleared every dungeon, found all unique artifacts etc.
I remember a few of the very last things I found were the Dragonbone cuirass and all propylon indexes.

When I finally got online I found a minor quest on the UESP wiki that I had never discovered on my own.
(Stealing a list from a Telvanni enchanter in Vivec city.) And a unique ash on Azura's coast.

Ive read the wiki a lot and can safely say that now I have finally done it all.
Took me about six years though.

I've completed the main quest several times, and Tribunal and Bloodmoon, too. I just completed White Wolf of Lokken with my current character and have yet to start the Bloodmoon part for her, (Breton nightblade, atronach birthsign, head of Hlaalu, Thieves Guild, working on mages guild, lol.) I have also enjoyed Redoran and Telvanni house questlines with other characters, Morrowind is so varied and absorbing, and I don't think I have found everything yet,

I'll typically run a playthrough of the game every three years or so (at the minimum), just to keep everything relatively fresh, and to give me enough away-time from it to let me "forget" certain things I've experienced (where key items/characters/quests are).

Haven't played it for a while now, but now that Skyrim's on the horizon, I'm currently hankering for a return to Vvardenfell for just one more go-'round with Dagoth Ur.

That's good you did all there is too do. I tried it, but could never even do 1/3 or what is offered. Congrats.

I could be wrong here, but I rememeber reading the wiki, or the strat guide there is a few unmarked quests as well. I think one is in reverse order. Where normally all quests tell you to do something, there is a bowl or plate or something that you need to deliver to someone without even knowing about doing it. Have you done anything like this?

I've never finished the MQ. But I hopefully will before TES V. Mods and side quests oblige me to deviate from my prophetical destiny.

Belluelle's silver bowl?

Yup :)
Figured it out on my own too, didnt have internet at the time, so it was easy to resist temptation looking stuff up.
If you find it and then talk to the head of the Imperial legion garrison in Pelagiad, she will tell you where to deliver the bowl and let you into the legion for free :)

I finished Morrowind twice (the first was after about 6-7 years of owning the game and the second about a months or so ago). I did Tribunal about two weeks ago. Never really got the incentive to play Bloodmoon but I have it.

I've finished the main quests for Morrowind, Bloodmoon, and Tribunal--all once, and all with the same character, about two years ago. She was Hlaalu, so I started over to try out the Redoran quests (one of these days I'll get around to playing a Telvanni...). Of course, I also really got into mods around the same time. And now I'm a poster child for the terrible affliction known as Restartitis. ;)

The announcement of Skyrim for some reason made me break out Morrowind again and install it on the new computer, and now I'm finally trying to play all the way through the game with that Redoran character. We'll see if I actually make it all the way through the main quest this time.

I've finished the main quest three times, and the two expansion quests once.

I played the main game 3 times so I could try out all 3 houses to see what the different quests were like. On the third run, I had added in the two expansion packs, so I did them as well.

The third run took 2 years and 9 months to complete, as I was doing a narration on the activities, found in my sig below.

I'm struggling through it (bored) because of the way I think, I can't install either expansion until I finish the MQ. And I can't finish the MQ without becoming leader of a great house. So, I'm level 38, forcing myself to do the MQ. I think it's fun, but a bit monotonous. I do like the feeling one gets afterwards though, walking through Vvardenfel demanding respect.
