Can you guys PLEASE explain how to get high-accuracy and the award Bang - On! ?

I got this award today. You just have to have the best accuracy out of everyone playing in a single online match.

EDIT: Clarification. When I say best accuracy you have to not spray your bullets. You could probably get this by just using a pistol and kill 1 person with it but not miss and then just don't kill anyone else it should give you 100% accuracy then. But I havnt tried it sp unsure as to whether it will work or not.
