I'm disappointed about visual but happy about audio so I can't really vote.

From purely balance standpoint leveling and progression is awful, melee can have unlimited power with smithing and enchanting while mages are a broken class at 35 (destruction does 0 damage and illusion is the best skill tree in the game).
Also mages have no spells and no spellcraft, boring as hell

Can't vote because I haven't done the faction quests (just started thieves and db) , mq (only to the first dragon) or the civil war quests (can't make up my mind-may not choose either), doesn't seem fair to make a choice without any main quests done. I have done tons of lil quests and have all the homes that can be bought. I'm a bit over 70 hours in so far. I have not became a werewolf or vampire as of yet either-not sure if I will or won't yet.

On the rest of the questions-more happy than disappointed.

Of course if Bethesda decided to revolve the game around myself-I'd like the old map back and a journal with more detailed information. Probably the only thing I truly miss from previous titles. Oh and I would appreciate being able to have 3 favorite lists, instead of just one.

I would like the attributes back, however I would want them to make more sense than previously. ( I always choice skills I would never use so I didn't have to grind endlessly-which really makes no sense as far as game or role play is concerned) So currently I am more happy to not have them, as I would be more disappointed to have them back and still broke.

Even though it seems that the radiant AI hasn't impressed all, I think it's great-the npc's seem far more interesting that they have in any previous games

I like the perk system, the game world, the dungeons, the enemy difficulty and the lore. Level scaling is so much better than in Oblivion. However, I don't seem to think it's been perfect in any previous games-but it's becoming really great. Not so much that the game becomes linear and not too little that you don't get your butt kicked or get to kick some butt if wandering off into unknown places.

Although I would like to see less essential npcs than we currently have, because if I kill someone important, that is on me that I lost that quest line. I like having to pay for my indiscretions. However, I see why they did it, otherwise dragons may kill them off ...and well that might not be so hot...not sure how I feel about that. With bears and wild life you can save them, maybe not easily but you can. Dragons on the other hand fly off farther quickly than I can and I just may not be possible to save them.

I'd love to see more creepy scary enemy's in dungeons, with more cheap scare maneuvers. I don't think the rest of the fan base may be in agreement however that a freaky spider should be hiding in a crevis of a ceiling and drop on you while you are carefully sneaking through. :hubbahubba: They did do well with the Draugrs -I shoot all coffins and ask questions later...just in case.

Only real disappointment, which has not affected me, is for those that are having to deal with really ugly glitches and lag-such as ps3 players with large save files, xbox graphics for those who installed-and the pc players who are dealing with freezes and crashes. I hope for them that patches fix all the game breakable crap going on.

Didn't really mean to write a book. I had more to say than I thought! -_-

Overall, i'm pretty happy with the game. But, i look forward to a mod like OOO for Skyrim... Oblivion was excellent with mods, and after the levelling system and other bugs are sorted in Skyrim it will be excellent as well. IMO.

I demand Visual and Audio to be seperated!

For the most part, the game is great, other than a few small features I can cope with (Quest Markers, etc.), but I hate the voice acting.

I don't care about historical accuracy to our own cultures, this is a game set on another planet, I preferred the Nord's scottish accents over what we have.
And I don't like the American Imperials/"British" elves. Agronians aren't THAT bad, and the Khajiit/Bretons are fine.

I guess I just like diversity.

That's the point ;) No middle ground... Happy or sad panda...

Flagrant violation of the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Standard_deviation_diagram.svg :slap:

Visual & Audio

Not unhappy :P
Low resolution textures occasionally slap me in the face. In game music is excellent but ambient sounds are few and lacking - not another cave wind whoosh.

Gameplay & Mechanics (Skills/Perks/Level progression)

Mostly happy with level progression though it is a little quick at early levels and all too soon you can find yourself on an unintended path.

Skills are proving a blunt instrument when it comes to fleshing out my character. We have, "this is the hammer wot (sic) I'm good with" in place of "swinging this hammer has made me strong", "even when using a hammer, it is speed and accuracy which counts most" or "I may not be as strong as most but I can swing this hammer all day".

Perks. They do feel better than the Ob "I woke up this morning and suddenly I can stab stuff". I'll go for not unhappy.

Story (Quests / Dialogue etc.)
Wow, such a massive area to cover.

Basic Quests: Some basic fetch quests tend towards MMO design - fetch 5 of x - but the ones I have done are quite well presented. Other fetch quests vary from the simple take parcel to x to the full on take parcel to x via awesome dungeon.

Faction Quests: I can only comment on the mage quest: Exiting, compelling, overly large dungeons and ending in a total "What? You can not be serious!". Too little content spread too far, needs a couple of levels of progression.

Dialogue: Generally well voiced and presented though repetitive and some too much in my face - sea captain. Greetings need more variation. Prejudices are relayed well but do they ever change as the PC progresses?

Once again I'll go for not unhappy.

Ambience (The 'Alive' background world)
Much like Ob it feels as if most settlements exist in total isolation. So far I feel the settlements are credible within their own bounds but lack integration within the world.

Time will tell: Not unhappy.

Evolution (Oblviion --> Skyrim)
Ob was at best a 20 hour game, Sk has hit 70 hours and I can find no reason to stop playing - that said I have also failed to find a reason to relentlessly play on into the early hours of the morning, lots of Oos and Ohs but hardly any Wows and little overall compulsion.

Once again, not unhappy but not overawed.

One thing that Skyrim has not is that it has evolved, I am really surprised how so many people consider this game to be leagues ahead of Oblivion? It has improved but certainly not evolved in many area's and in some it even lacks improvement.

I consider this game a quick snack between Oblivion and The elder scrolls VI
