I was unlucky to have missed 1 weapon unlock from my 1st "playthrough" and couldn't get the Tooled Up trophy.

I can confirm, as of 1.04, that if you reboot and unlock the weapons that you were missing from your first playthrough, you'll get the trophy.

I was missing Majestic, which is unlocking at level 27. As soon as I reached the level, I unlocked the weapon with a token and voila! Got the trophy. Many people have confirmed this on ps3trophies.org and at least you don't have to get to level 45.

At worst, you have to get to 39, where all the weapons are available at that time.

You can check which weapons you were missing (if you cannot remember), by going to Operative Status>Service Record>Weapons Tab.

You can scroll down and see the ones with "-". At least, that's what I did to confirm that I was missing Majestic.
