I got rid of this game in early may since it was almost unplayable due to the lag and the very low amount of players that actually played the game and didn't quit half way through a match because they got their ass kicked. I just got the game again for free, for participating in a focus group and was wondering if it is worth keeping now or if I should just find someone to buy my unopened copy.

It has gotten better but i won't lie, it's no where near perfect. Read my current thread and you will see the bugs that are still around.

I recently re-purchased as I enjoy the game.

In my opinion the effects of the improvements have been cancelled out by the fact that there are even less people playing now. I can't get a game of crash site in the southern hemisphere.

If you live in Germany the matches are almost lagfree. If you live in the Americas... well... good luck wasting one magazine on a guy.

So should I just find someone who will buy this then. I haven't even opened it up yet, I enjoy the game, I enjoyed it when I had it the first time, but I can't bring myself to play something that is basically unplayable. I can always just stick with BFBC2 until october 25th.

Well, I went ahead and cracked the game open today. From what I can tell there aren't very many issues that are left in the game. I only played for an hour so if there is still any major problems I haven't come across them. I did notice though that the connection issues are still there, I didn't notice any lag on my end, but other people's connections were pretty low but there wasn't any noticeable lag. Overall pretty good experience. I am down to play with anyone as long as your night a whiner and complain about everything. add me on PSN PERMAFROST666 just let me know that your from the Crysis forums.
