After turning the wheel during "Who Gets The Totem" quest, game crashes during any attempt to save. The block, that contains the Totem is lowered, but Totem itself stays where it was instead of lowering with the block.

Have you tried using a Fixsave utility on a savegame before you turn the wheel?
