I'm using a new controller for this game now.

Hey I just wanted to share with you guys that I recently ordered and received a new PS3 controller for this game (and Borderlands too) that is a mouse and nunchuck.
I bought the Tuact Aimon PS controller and so far it's pretty sweet.
It takes some getting used to and tweaking but I love it so far.
The main advantage with the mouse controller is accuracy, I'm able to have better control on the speed and precision of my aim using the mouse. Moving around and doing certain things (such as melee and/or crouch) takes getting used to since it's a bit different.
One downside I found so far is that the triangle, square, X and O buttons are not very sensitive for being placed on the side of the mouse, they have pressure sensitivity (but what games are really using that anyways...along with six-axis), so I really have to press further down than I would with the original Dualshock controller. That's too bad cuz the idea with the pc gaming style with a mouse is the extreme responsiveness of the controls. Even adjusting the button sensitivity doesn't do much since the physical distance from the button registering fully is a bit much for what it should be, but I've adjusted (it just makes changing to explosives tricky).

Overall, I've noticed a much greater increase in my accuracy since I'm not overshooting my aim anymore like I did with pressing the right anolog stick too hard back and forth. Definitely makes sniping SO much more fun haha.

I bought it for $80 U.S. and I'm happy with it.

Yeah, I saw something like that.

Considered it, but the button sensitivity put me off.

Seems interesting. I'm reading some reviews and I think I might actually get it. The only thing is using the mouse in the comfort of my living room is... annoying. I can't be a true couch potato and use a mouse!

Well, switch it from time to time!

When you wanna be lazy, use the couch controller. LOL

I don't think you quite grasp just how potato this couch potato gets. I mean, just look at how cumbersome this guy's mouse is to his existence:

just want to share also that this controller has made sniping SO much more fun, it was so frustrating before when moving a slight hair on the thumbstick would not line up the shot and now I don't have to fire "hoping" it'll hit.

I'm so tempted to buy this but I'm a brokeass b*tch :(. Once I get some spare cash, I'll consider this. Still, damn thing costs a lot.

It's at times like this I hate being a university student.
