Rage Quitters

Post » Wed Dec 07, 2011 10:38 am

Aight, I'm sick of you lot. Just because you're not going to win a game doesn't mean you all bail out until there's 1 or 2 people left in the game. That's incredibly immature and makes the game utter crap for everyone on your team and the opposing team. So f*ck you if all you care about are your stats and ratios and what not. I'm here to play a game and have some fun, so I'd appreciate it if you don't sh*t all over my experience.

I never rage quit, or would even. It's always better to leave the session after the match is over.

Will always happen. It's part of online gaming, sadly.

People will quit, when things aren't going their way. svcks tbh.

I've never rage quit in Crysis 2, but I do sometimes in Black Ops.
Not because I'm losing, but because the lag makes it difficult to play sometimes.
Maybe that's why some people do it.

If it's because of lag that's fine then. Playing on a meh connection makes the game fairly bland. However, if all is fine and people quit just because they won't win and their wins-to-losses ratio will take a hit, then that's just silly.

Well, yeah.

If my connection is red/yellow/no bars, I'll leave. It would be unfair on those playing against me, and it would svck to have to lag all the time.

Only if I have 1 red bar while everyone has 3+ or if my team is being used as target practice (Beginners vs All-Pro team = frustration).

When my whole team bails, and its me and some scared random person, I just get on my mic and go back2back.
The why I look at it, there are now more targets, and they are all coming to you. Take as many as you can, make'em work for it.

The single red bar-thing though... that can drive someone insane.
It's like Crytek's form of mental torture... you know they're all Big Brother watching you struggle & rage at it.

I get raged lots of times (lack of anger control, not really that bad though) but the only times that I leave a game is when I got auomatically signed out of PSN or lost connection to host.
BTW I'm getting optic fibre connection next month and my internet will be like 100 times faster than now :D

when they quit it counts as a loss. in the long run its worse for them. if your gonna lose at least try getting a couple kills along with the loss. MAN UP!

I wish there were more players who did that. I don't mind getting my butt kicked by better players, but some people ALWAYS have one or two bars and are a pain in the posterior to kill.

There is no point in rage quitting - you may as well svck up the pain and take the XP for completing it, and afterwards try a different lobb - but some of the morons haven't worked that bit out yet.
