cant pick up item : V

hey everyone i need some help im kind of stuck im playing skyrim for pc and i have 2 quests i cant complete because it wont let me pick up the item one is alvas journal and the other quest is olaf verse it says press e to pick up and i tried everyone but wouldnt work any ideas thanks

try going to uesp, they seem to have a fix for everything
