And no, there are no enemies around. I can even be in one of my rooms (Like at the Atomic Wrangler or Novac, Lucky 38, etc.) and I STILL "cannot wait in this location". I've seen 2 topics at GameFAQs.com & they're both closed with no resolution. I have searched, but no luck.

It doesn't matter which location I am in in the game. The game will not allow me to wait ANYWHERE.

Please, do not suggest I move, go to another location, or leave my current area. This is a glitch & it happened after completing the Dead Money DLC.
