Do dragons stop appearing if you beat main quest?

The topic, do they stop appearing if you beat MQ? Yes or no, please no spoilers

I haven't beaten the main quest either but like the others said. The dragons are still there but I think they might be slowly decreasing or making a last stand. They might never disappear in game but you can just pretend they eventually died off :P

Funny,I didnt bother doing part 2 of the main quest untill I was nearly lvl 40 and never saw a Dragon other than at Helgen!
