also how powerful do you think spells will be ? stronger than they were in Oblivion or weaker ??

I think it will be a whole new thing all together. Period.

I think it'll be more like Skyrim.

Storywise, it seems like it'll be closer to Morrowind than Oblivion. Gameplay-wise, I'm thinking it'll be the other way around. Mind you, this is all pure speculation. I'm really excited to see what it looks like.
