So I happened across this ingredient. Now I'm wondering if it's an ingredient that I can make myself somehow from mammoth tusks. Anyone know if there's a way to get it from the source (as in from a mammoth tusk)? Or do we just have to find it in a static/random place?

im not sure but i think you can grind those tusks at the Grainmill (grainmills), but for me those things dont seems to work , bugged maybe
