I'm on the last step, just need to talk to Big Sal and it's complete, but I'd rather not go through with their plan of Can you complete the unmarked quest without doing the Omerta quest. I sided with Big Sal instead of Cachino.

Just free Troike from theoi employ by finding the blackmail proof and showing it to Big Sal, THEN get the Pimp Boy 3-Billion from M&R, then go back and help Cachino out.

I found the blackmail proof, but Big Sal has no speech option about it, neither does Troike.

So you need to side with Cachino in order to do the M&R side-quest?

I m having trouble with the Omertas as well. I can't find Cachino anywhere. His marker doesn't appear on any of the maps.

Anyone I ask about him inside the Omerta casino tells me to go f*** myself.
