Okay i sold my copy of Oblivion like 2 years ago and now im forgetting how to level up fast and where M'aiq is i need some help guys.

Why do you want to level up fast? In Oblivion that′s unnecessary as monsters level up with you and get stronger too. The only reasons to level up would be to see new monsters and get better loot, and that′s no good reasons imo.

M'aiq runs from Anvil to Leyawiin. He can be found standing still occasionally outside either of those cities.
