Hi everyone, I've played Crysis 2 for the PC for about 4-5 months now. Just recently, my computer broke down and when I went to the repair shop to get it fixed I found that the entire thing was just toast. So I would've had to just buy a new computer. I can't see myself anytime soon coming up with the kind of money that you need to buy another computer that has the capability to run a game with graphics like Crysis 2. But I do own a PS3, so I am, in the near future, going to buy Crysis 2 for the PS3 instead of buying an entirely new computer. I got to thinking, could I play online with the PS3 using the same account that I once used for the PC? And I will still the retain the same rank and stats? Any responses are greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't of thought so mate. Even though it's the same game the stats etc are recorded on entirely different servers/databases. If it wasn't the case then there would be cross platform multiplayer.

Oh, alright. Nevertheless, I'm still gonna buy it.. but I was just wondering because if you could that'd be very convenient. Anyways, thanks a lot
