Has anyone else heard of 1600p? As in resolution, because some PC guy said that ps3's only 640p, and his PC runs at 1600p. BS right? I'm pretty sure what he meant was the display resolution when you change your PC graphical settings. In that case, he's actually playing on 1600x200 or something like that, so either he made a mistake or he's retarded. And PC gamers say us console guys don't know anything about hardware! ;)

But that, the connection issue, isn't a ps3 problem, the connection problem is for sure the crysis 2 fault.
On any other games there is not that problem.

So anyone here got BF3 yet? IT'S AMAZING! I just love watching comparison footage of PC versus PS3 and laugh at the comments. It's funny 'cause the PC guys go out there and start to troll stuff like "the PC version is lightyears more advanced than any PS4 might be" Yes, you heard me, PC gamers head's have gotten so big that they just assume anything other than PC wouldn't be a challenge, and if a ps4 ever does come out it'll be but a SLIGHT improvement on the PS3. You see, once upon a time there were three nation; the ps3 players, xbox players, and PC players, who all lived in harmony. Except the PC gamers were the minority and refused to be ignored! To stop the uprising, game developpers had to think fast! They needed to make something that would calm down the PC gamers. So that is how PC players got hold of SLIGHTLY more advanced hardware (the only difference is the polygon count, even though it's a pretty big advantage actually because it allows for more advanced tesselation and 3d imaging, but nevermind!)) but they still hunger more advanteges over consoles! And such is the way of the gamer's life. We our all but foot-soldiers in the war for the best platform. However that spot shall never and can never trully be claimed! Each platform has it's own advantage.
BTW: Do you agree that if a ps4 was made it would have at least all the hardware of the MOST advanced PC to date. For the longest time PC was actually the crappiest of all platforms and tried to desperatly catch up to consoles. PC gaming almost died, but then again there never was very many people playing PC Think of the millions (maybe even a few billions!) of people who play video games. Probably only a couple houndred-thousand MAX play PC. But that's enough ranting for one night CYA!

The new consoles will of course catch up a bit, but pc will always have superior hardware. That's just how it is. I play some games on pc, some games on consoles so I don' t really care. Also the reason bf3 is better on the pc (imo) is because of the amount of players on the servers. I don't really care about the graphics in a MP based game.

I'll keep whiny as you put it all I want. But on topic I got BF3 and it rules but that was kinda a gimmie. Guess what it has a few bugs to. But so minor that they'll be worked out (squads, mics). BF3>Crysis 2 by miles and miles.

I don't really know why they reduced the amount of players in one match, for example; MAG (a ps3 exclusive) can play 128 versus 128 on one match. But there you go again, why would brand new consoles only catch up a bit? Why would they not be using the best hardware to date? You just don't make any sense! You're just proving my point.

I had no problems at all, the only problem was on the multiplayer, when there's no sound everyonce in a while. I feel really sorry for people like you, that just svcks. As a matter of fact my copy of crysis never even lagged! I'm beginning to think you guys are just making the stuff up!

Yeah i almost never have any problems with my connection. And i agree, certainly not EVERY PC game can be as bugged as others. Do you think it has do do with the fact that most of the online PC games i've played were free-to-play? I kinda doubt it, because the ones that were free-to-play were MP only, so you'd kindof expect it to be reliable.

I wouldn't call the connection "strict" but i certainly wouldn't call it complicated. Graphics are better on PC, but you have to admit; not by as much as PC players make it sound. Also, it's not like PS3 isn't full HD, it's called blu-ray (1080p) which is the highest resolution to date.
BTW: Are you getting BF3 for PC? I mostly just got mine for my PS3 'case it would be awesome to skydive while chatting with my friends on a mic.
