Is there a mod available that fixes missing dialogue topics for for Cass?

1) Most Follower NPC's have a alternative dialogue topic for tactics, as well as the options via the wheel. However Cass doesn't seem to have these any such topics ( except via the wheel). I know the topics exist as I have seen them in the GECK, but they are either not used, or I have a bug.

2) Also, is Cass ever supposed to drink whiskey as her character discription suggests. Some times she even says "I could use a drink right now". Regardless of the Whiskey perk for the player, I get the impression that she should be able to drink whiskey to make her fight better. So I'm wondering if this a bug or a another topic line that's missing?
