I was curious if anyone else has had this problem.

I have started a new file on Oblivion until Skyrim releases and I really wanted that razor for my Dark Brotherhood character.

Does anyone know if they have stopped allowing this DLC to be downloaded?

I logged into Microsoft store and it's still up, and I have enough points, but when I click purchase nothing happens.

I am thinking it may just have been a glitch. I purchased it on 11/1, and did not encounter a problem. Try again?

EDIT- Just downloaded it absolutely no problem at all. Do you have enough space on your xbox hard drive?

I have had more failures than success at XBox Marketplace and Games for Windows Live! Marketplace. When I tried to buy The Pitt and Mothership Zeta with a perfectly good credit card, the site declined it. Calling their tech support told me that I had some kind of hold or restriction on my card, but a call to my bank proved it wrong. I ended up going to Amazon and buying Microsoft Points there.

Your problem is different. You can't even use your own Microsoft Points that you already have on your account. The fail is on their end.

Does anyone know where to find it via Xbox 360?

I don't like using the Microsoft website because of the inability to download, makes me anxious on downloading directly from their website.

You should email or call their tech to report it. Otherwise they won't know and won't fix it. I think these problems are holdovers from merging Xbox Live Marketplace with Games for Windows Live Marketplace.

On the 360, go to games and addons from the dash board. Select "O" from the alphabetical listing. Scroll and select Oblivion. You should see it listed.
The actual file is miniscule (less than 1mb), but the dungeon is huge.
