Can you tell us exactly what you're typing into the command console? It's possible you're making an error somewhere.

have you tried putting things in a container and then taking them out of there? I know you can click on objects in the console to affect whatever you're clicking.

You need to do this my friend

Player.additem

If you do this correctly it will work. If it doesn't, then the item code you're trying to use is typed wrong.

Just to note, you can skip the beginning 0's, and just start with the first number other than 0. For example:
player.additem a 100
will give you 100 lockpicks.

How are you acquiring the FormID for use in the console? If you open the console and click on an item in game, using the number it returns will not grant you another of that item. This is because the number the console returns is a reference number and not the actual FormID required for the Player.AddItem command to work.

This -- also are the items you are trying to add in the vanilla game or mod added ? - If mod added the first 2 numbers need to be changed to the Hex number of the mod in your load order -- XXyyyyyy where XX will be different on every system depending on when that mod loads in the load order ( XX = 00 for Oblivion.esm items since the Oblivion.esm always loads first -- The CS will normally show XX = 01 since the active mod and Oblivion.esm are the only things loaded in the CS -- but additem 01yyyyyyy will not work in game unless the mod is actually the first mod to load other than OBlivion.esm)

FF -- is reserved for items loaded in the save game so that is not the correct id to use with player.additem (I take it this is the id it gave when you clicked on it in game but that is because it was dropped there and so has the id that is specific to that bottle in that game so when you save the game and reload it can be readded at that spot in game) you want the FormID of the item for example :

Tamika's West Weld Wine is 37f81 -- Cheap Wine is 37f7f -- Surilie Brothers Wine is 37f80 -- etc.

So try Player.additem 37f81 5 and it will add 5 bottles of Tamika's West Weld Wine to your inventory !

Probably. I don′t know why you wrote it since the wiki never mentions that you have to do that. Goodie luckie

since the people of this wikia are so nice, i decided to ask whether they could prehaps supply me with a couple of item codes, since it would be unrealistic for my chracter to venture into a dark and dangerrous cave, the ones i require are:

gold/silver/iron nuggets

madness ore

bones of general type

general silver ( plates bowls spoons pitchers...)

parchment

thanks for now, the list may grow, please post the codes i can use in-game!
