Installing Game of Year edition on PC : IV

Hi Guys,
I have a new DVD of Oblivion Game of the Year edition for PC. It came with two discs and assume that Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles are on disc two.
How do I know if disc two installed correctly. I had issues with Fallout 3 where the second disc did not load and I never got to play the add-ons.

Click on Data Files in your Oblivion Loader.exe. If Shivering Isles and KotN have been successfully installed you'll see them there. Make sure they are checked. If there is no check mark next to their names check them, or they won't load. Good luck!

I had issues with Fallout 3 where the second disc did not load and I never got to play the add-ons.

I had that same problem. The solution was to start my PC in Safe mode and install them as Administrator. Try installing them that way.
