What question are you asking us? What does the "this" in your post refer to? Could you be a little more specific?

Im guessing you didnt notice those NPCs had no textures on their arms, chests and legs? I am not sure what is causing that though, never seen that glitch before

There's no need to be rude to him. Bodies in shadow can show up as dark, which is I suspect why he asked. Besides, you haven't provided any information except for your image.

As to your question, I suppose the first question to ask would be are you using any mods, and if so, which ones, in loading order? (The thread should also be moved to the mods forum, in that case.) If you're not using mods, post your system specs, including video card, OS, and memory.

The Npcs bodies look strange. The heads looks the same as the others. I have no mods installed. My computer specs are Processor intel i7 cpu, 6 GB of ram installed, my graphic card is Radeon 5850 HD and I'm using Windows 7

Win7? Don't use it, but over on the Nexus forum there's a separate set of issues involving installation that is regularly cited for Win7. Try searching in this forum on Win7 and Windows 7. That'll probably help. Sorry I can't; I have a baby Win7 system just for apps testing, and my full rig is WinXP.

Best of luck.

But what could the problem be? My computer? Or the game? Or windows 7?

Try deleting your oblivion.ini (in Documents\My Games...) to force Oblivion to generate a new one. Select ultra high settings, and set the correct resolution for your monitor. It looks to me like your graphics card has been mis-detected, and the correct shaders are not being used.

If that doesn't work, post in the Oblivion Hardware & Software section of the forum.
