Big Battles : V

So i am new around here and I am just starting into the game. I was wondering is their any battles in the game. I mean on a larger size. I am talking like 50+ on 50+.

Well I have heard of .....

***** SPOILERS *****

some quest line that includes a civil war. You have to choose between the imperial or the stormcloaks and than you start taking over different cities then a war of some sort. (there is an achievement for doing a civil war)

Not a 100% on this however.

The post above me is correct, at least for the Imperial part of that questline. You take over forts with around 10 other soldiers against 20 or so, I never counted.
