Ive had both, and no matter how hard i tried to get into em both, other games came out that grabbed my attention away from em.

With NV i remember playing more than FO3. I usually play a lot more TES than FO, but I want to get into it.

From what ive read, it seems that that FO3 is more popular compared to NV due to bugs and lots of loading.
But in terms of gameplay, story and lore, which would you guys suggest to get me back into FO?

Im pretty sure if i went back to one i would love it, just not sure which to start up again so i can immerse myself more in the FO world.

ps. im going to get it for 360

Both of these games are amazing and you really can't go wrong with either of them. I personally liked Fallout New Vegas more due to the astounding amount of choice, and the all of the other little things that were added to it. From what I've read, and experienced, on this section the general consensus is Fallout 1 and 2 are superior to anything else, Fallout 3 was a horrible mistake and at least New Vegas is trying to bring it back to the good old days. I've discovered from my time on both the Fallout and TES sections that Fallout 1 and 2 fans are very similar to Morrowind fans.

As I've said you can't go wrong with either of them, but New Vegas has more content and is the least linear game I have ever played. I usually find myself doing the exact opposite of you because I get distracted a lot by New Vegas whenever I'm playing another game.
