Did Oblivion lag at first? : IV

Did Oblivion lag like this when it was originally released on PS3? I didn't buy the game when it first came out...
Just wondering. Skyrim is my first day one Bethesda purchase...

Careful summer, you might get in trouble for being a mod and saying there was an issue with a Bethesda product!

Mine has never laged I have about 5 saves on my ps3 right now all 200+hours and never had a problem on my old fat ps3 got 2 saves one with 380hours and one with nearly 500hours no problems yet.
