I have a sword that does 10 ponts of Magika Damage but does this mean it damages the opponents Magika or does it mean that it uses Magika to cause physical damage to the opponent?

The reason I ask is because the explanation doesn't say "damage 10 points of Magika."

It drains 10 points of magica from the enemy
