Moonsugar baby!

I have yet to take it in any of Morrowind, Oblivion, or Skyrim, but I had a crazy ass dream last night where I had a personal bag of this magical opiate. I'll skip the minor details and get to where I was in a vehicle trying my "top quality" sugar, I had a single grain or pebble (not sure what you'd call it) and crunched it in my teeth, instantly all of the colors before me swirled and became this pastel wonderland all while beginning with a high pitched "LA LA LA LAAA" and lasted for about 2-3 minutes under the one stone. I had another and ushered my friends to try it too, (mostly to see if they got the jingle too). So has anyone had anything remotely like this? I mean, it was actually really cool, I remember thinking, "Now I know why these cats take this stuff!" Also are there any reports of what the effects are or does it react anything like that in any of the games?
