Seen a lot of people wanting to know a way to grind certain attributes, I started neglecting one handed on my assassin/archer build so i only used this to bring it up to speed.

To level them up fast find an Imperial or Stormcloak camp, the little ones often out in the middle of nowhere, slaughter all of them and there's some guy who you can't kill, which at first i was really effed off about as i was really into the RP aspect, stumbled upon an imperial camp and slaughtered them all in the night.... yah not gonna happen though due to this one little [censored] tard that wont die... but as i said, this is great for grinding attri's
