Skyrim is awesome. It does have some flaws (in my case, I wish the UI was a little more "robust" as I"m on a PC). But, I'm having the best time playing this game. I've said it before in posts and I'll say it here: Playing Skyrim, I approach a feeling close to bliss. I get very happy when I'm playing it.

The only reason people complain so much is because everyone that is enjoying the game is not on here on a regular basis. When I'm at home I'm typically playing the game, when I can that is.
