An example of how good Morrowind really is, and STILL gains

So, maybe about a month ago, i talked to my stepfather (he's 43) about Morrowind and that he should play it. He's not really a hardcoe-gamer, but he had played some games actively (meaning like beating them and then not looking back) back in the days such as Jedi Outcast, ORIGINAL Call of Duty, etc; mostly shooters and adventure-ish games.

But yeah, i told him about Morrowind - i played it alot when i was younger and started again this fall while anticipating Skyrim - and everything you can do and how huge it is etc. and he said "hook me up". I don't think he really thought it would be good, just like i did when i first got it. But yeah, since he booted it up, he has been playing HOURS everyday, starting almost immediately when he comes from work around 4pm (playtimes differ though, he might keep a few days pause or start playing by 6-8 pm etc; but mostly he's been playing it ALOT). If i recall, hes currently in day 73 (in game time that is) and pretty far in the Mainquest, and he says the game is so great. And again, he's not a hardcoe-gamer or a RPG-fan. I don't think he had played any RPG's before Morrowind, nor played any game this much.

And the funny thing is, this is just a slightly modded GOTY edition he's playing (Better Bodies, Better Faces, i think). Lol. As kind of opposite, i'm playing "moderately" modded GOTY; I have Tamriel Rebuilt (both maps), Better Bodies, Better Faces, MCA (Morrowind Comes Alive), and Living Cities of Vvardenfell, i think. Just think i f i added Tamriel Rebuilt to his game...haha.

He hasn't even touched almost any of the sidequests yet, not to even talk about the Expansions OR Tamriel Rebuilt i might add into his game after a while.

This just goes to show why Morrowind is so awesome. Even 9 years after its release, it still gains new players, amazing.
