I was playing earlier, and I noticed that my weapons weren't doing as much damage as they usually do. So, I checked my one-handed level, it was at 67, now it's at 20...I can't figure out why, there are no negative active effects, and I've tried potions and different gear. Any insight would be great.

Happened to me as well. I trained at the trainer for one skill up and it went back to normal. Also heard you can drink a cure poison potion to cure as well.
