Alright so, I just found out that this is the place to go to in order to try and express what us Aussie gamers are going through, in the hopes of getting the Steam release/unlock date pushed to the 21st.

So here's the deal, our retail stores have been telling us the release date of F:NV is the 21st (today) and have officially sold people the game, (http://www.ebgames.com.au/sale-product-551-home-Fallout-New-Vegas and http://www.game.com.au/fallout-new-vegas/pc-games/FNVPC, for example) yet when we attempt to install them via Steam, it's telling us we have to wait another 24+ hours to do so, which, in my eyes, is unacceptable, as it means the whole PC retail market for this game in Australia has been stood up by Valve and Bethesda, and gave us false hopes of actually being able to play the game we've all been waiting for on release day.

So, if something can be done about this issue, that would be greatly appreciated by PC Fallout players across Australia!

Ah, it does too! Unfortunately I'm no longer home, so I can't find out for myself whether it is available to install or not, but well, at least it's a good sign! (I hope!) :fallout:

na sorry i just tried to say there is wrong information on the mainpage cause the game isnt really available in all countrys!
anyway...i guess we have to wait 24hrs

Hang on, so what country do you live in? I've checked the Steam storepage, and it's telling me that it IS out and unlocked, (as well as having it say it's released on the mainpage) so is it showing you this, or just on the image on the mainpage?
