can start skyrim : V

on windows 7 64bit , has been running fine for 3 days now.

just logged in , my shortcut on desktop has gone (the icon is the missing the icon bmp , like it cant find the program) , when I run the launcher from the skyrim folder as admin , the splash screen appears , I click play and the splash screen just flickers in and out.

anyone seen this?....weird...
