So I lived in this small town outside of Germantown/Rockville/Gaithersberg for quite a while and while the Capital Wasteland clearly has Germantown; I need someones advice as to where Poolesville would be on the Wasteland map.

Seeing as Germantown is in Pennsylvania, Poolesville would be just north of the Potomac, probably by Meresti Metro station, probably the mini-town right by it or by Hallowed Moors Cemetery.
