Do enchanted items stack please? : V

Hey guys!

Say for eg I wear ancient shrouded cowl which gives me 35% more damage with bows if I also wear leather bracers of archery which give me 20% does it just take the highest % or does this give the wearer 55% more damage please?

Also do potions stack please?

Yes they do stack, but not exactly sure how. My friend told me that it stacks after each other not like you told. So for example sword damage is 10. 10*1,35 (first enchant) = 13,5 and then 13,5 * 1,2 = 16,2. Not sure about potions.
