I know how to make a spell the only problem I have is how to put it into the game, How do I make Vendors across Cyrodiil sell it?

Also How can I make a new Magic Effect?

First, you have to make sure the vendor can actually sell spells (there's a setting in the AI tab for this). Then you have to add the spells to the NPC's spell list. However, editing an existing vendor's spell list directly will create lots of mod incompatibilities. It's better to set up a quest script to add the spells. That way, there will be no conflicts.

Also How can I make a new Magic Effect?

I think you can do that with the http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36370

Seriously? no one?

Sorry, things can take a while on this forum. Just be patient.

I figured you could just add the spell to one of the NPCVendor chests, not possible?

Do you know anything about the CS Extender? I can't get it to work.

I would really like to get it to work so I can make my own spell effect. I just want to take an existing one and give it the ability of an area effect.

If it would be easier could I just make a book that teaches them to the PC? How hard would it be to do what Midas Magic did where you use ingredients to make the spells?

Nope. You have to add the spell to the actual NPC.

Not really. I'm waiting for the next update, then I'll install it.

You should be able to do that with the basic CS. What effect are you trying to use?

http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Scripting_Tutorial:_Spell_Tome can easily be added to vendor chests, but it's better (for compatibility reasons) to add them directly to a vendor's cell instead. They'll still sell them (that's how I got Phintias to sell the http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/1042-recharge-enchantments-greater-power/ tome). Altternatively, you could make a new chest, put all of your spell tomes in it and place the chest in the cell of each vendor you want to sell them (that's how I got both Jensine and Palonirya to sell http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/557-birthsign-jewelry/).

As for using ingredients the way Midas Magic does, that is very complicated. I once looked over the scripts involved and couldn't even begin to unravel them.

I found a simple Spell Tome script that works well, I am just going to make tomes and spread them across Cyrodiil. The spell is reanimate, the magnitude spot is grayed out. Would it not be awesome to raise an army of the dead? lol
