Specifically, Jyggalag's. Does anyone know what its called?

Shivering Isles. Specifically, his true realm is not named. But Jyyggalag is sheogorath in a sense.

Yea, but isn't Jyggalag free now? So he shouldn't be having to share a realm with Sheogorath anymore. He used to have his own realm, and that little room with the guy is all that's left of it. If I recall it was a library of some sort.

Unless some lucky son of a gun who bought the game legally at a store that just so happened to sell it early, would be so kind as to look for Jyggy's shrine, if it exists, as well as any books about Daedra.

I'll be pretty surprised if Jyggy ends up with a shrine.

The realms literally are the princes, or rather, the actual princes are the realms. What we think of as Daedric princes are actually just lesser incarnations - the iceburg's tips, if you will. Now that Jyggy has been severed from Sheo, I imagine there's a new realm out there, getting trolled by the Shivering Isles.

So jygg is severed from Sheo for good now? Was that confirmed somewhere? I read that the cycle continues to happen over a few hundred years i think.

Rather, it happened once, but time isn't linear in oblivion.
