I opened up Breton and duplicated it. I renamed it and made the changes I want. I then clicked OK and File/Save. I have no idea where the file is saved at or what it is named. It is NOT in the user/AppData file on the wiki. Any help would be appreciated.

If you installed Oblivion in your Program Files folder, it is probably in your Virtual Store. Look for it in the Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData folder. It is probably in an Oblivion folder nested in the ProgramData one.
