What are the warrior statues with items at there feet? : V

They are Shrines to Talos.

That is Talos as said. The items are offerings.

They are Shrines to Talos.

Not just Talos... If you click on the vase thing in front of some of the statues you get various effects... Like Dibella gives speechcraft (I think that's right).

I assume theres shrines to all of the 9 then. I haven't bothered to check out the temple of the divines yet.

yes they are spread across the map.
