So yeah.. my Skyrim time is definitely a constant rollercoaster.. starts off awesome then I get bored off my [censored] with a bunch of tedius stuff and just when I start equating it with Oblivion Skyrim stars being super-awesome. This thread though I'm just talking about 'dungeons' though. The more I'm staying away from the god-damned forts and caves the more I'm starting to truly enjoy myself.. first it was dwemer ruins.. holy crap.. these are begging for a morrowind remake.. this is even more glorious than I could have ever imagined them in HD graphics. And now.. the grotto.. only found one so far but I imagine there is more stuff like this.. is it just me or does having grotto-type "interior" cells with actual ceilings, wider, more spacious areas and some greenery etc just make "dungeons" feel 5 million times fresher? I mean, seriously, at the end of the day here I was, still in a cell, still fighting stupid-ass bears and wolves yet the whole area looked SO MUCH different than anything I've ever seen in any ES game so far that I was just awe-struck.. perhaps that one awesome cave with underground waterfalls and imps in oblivion is the only thing that comes close? But yeah, THIS is what we need more of Beth.. this kind of variety guys.. please.. no more endless narrow caves (no matter how 'smartly' designed) and no more old god-damned forts that have all looked the same since Oblivion (and, for caves, since Morrowind). Give us more variety, open-ceiling dungeons and majestic unique looking ruins Beth.. you're definitely on the right track, just, next time, phase out the freaking caves and forts even more.. who's with me?
