Khajiit name spelling

Ever since Oblivion, this is bothering me a lot, especially now when I want to focus on Khajiit and Argonian characters in Skyrim.

According to UESP, the rest of the name after a prefix generally starts with a capital letter, e.g. Ra'Jhan, but you can encounter Khajiit NPCs where this isn't the case, e.g. Ra'jiradh. So is this actually some kind of typo, or maybe a 'social language evolution' or just meaningless diversity?

My personal theory would be that, if a name starts capitalized, it's the actual name of the character i.e. Jhan with Ra being the social status while not capitalized it's a version of a full name, Ra'jiradh.

I'm planning to name my Khajiit Raziel but I'm torn between Ra'ziel or Ra'Ziel

I would go for what you find most esthetically pleasing.

My personal choice would be Ra'Ziel.

Also, remember females don't normally have the prefix; Taela, Adarji, etc.

Yeah, female Khajiit with a prefix are quite rare but not totally uncommon. Take S'Krivva from Bravil for instance :)

@Merari: Thx for your advice. Tbh, I'm favoring this version as well :3
