I mean.. why cant they just pick it up and take it for themselfs..

I read about this...and tried it.....I dropped two perfect garnets and another jewel at the feet of 4 townsfolk. They all just stood there and looked at me. Oh well. Moving on.....

Haha, that sounds epic. I have only had one incident, (after that video actually) when a beggar or something similar (They are all poor incomparison to me) asked if he could keep a piece of armour i dropped....

I dropped a statue of Diabella and this lady was saying it was gorgeous and she wanted it then this old dude said no way I saw it first. The argument went back and forth until The guy finally said over my dead body and the big nord lady laughed and said that can be arranged she pulled out her 2h axe and cut the guys head off in the middle of riften... It was amazing but I still just took the statue back TROLOLOLO c:

You think that's bad. I dropped a [censored] load of junk in the middle of Riften and all the NPC's got into a fight over who saw it first and who would pick it up. They even killed the meat vender lol.

I dropped some random trash (couple of baskets, goblets, and wooden plates) on the floor in the Riften Tavern and it turned into a violent melee. Mjoll and that old drunk Nord were fighting over a goblet I think and she tore him a new bunghole. Over a goblet.
