I have a perk in novice conjuration and cant see conjuration in my magic menu?

Is it because im a wood elf?

You really learned them or you just bought the books?

Found the skill up book to get conjuration to 16

do bought any spells? you dont get them automatically.

You need to actually have learnt a conjuration spell before you can see it.

If you have a spell tome then read it
